Thermography

Detect problems such as damaged switchgear, loose components or system overloads before they cause damages!

Thermography is a process by which it is possible to determine the temperature of a machine, equipment or material in order to find a thermal anomaly that could damage your equipment. Thermography can be performed both inside and outside.

The inspection requires no direct contact and is performed under tension. In the electric field, it is possible to determine problems such as poor connections, phase imbalance, oxidation, clamping defects, crimping and cables dimensions. At a mechanical level, the same process applies to motors, pumps, bearings, compressors and conveyor pulleys.

The nature of the anomalies detected by infrared can be poor lubrication, misalignment, etc. For buildings, infrared vision can detect roof insulation problems, locate the wettest areas in the building. Thermography is a very useful technique that can detect invisible defects to the naked eye and thus allows to correct them as soon as possible.
